Web Links Don't Work Any More

Hi,

Had a critical Windows Update a few days ago after which a couple of my most used programs didn't work at all. I restored to before the update took place & that cured the initial problem but now I can't access any links, just get errors "Can't reach this page". It's happening from any web page though I'm specifically trying to find another ISP & can't do it without following links.

Thinking it's something easy to resolve but I'm not too familiar with Windows 10.

Which browser are you using CW1? Edge? Chrome? IE? If you have got another browser installed is it the same on that? I use Edge but have Chrome installed as a stand by in the event of outages.

I use Edge Togo, but just tried with Firefox & getting the same.

Try checking your settings in the Network and Sharing Centre.
Ensure that you have not got a private and public network set on.

Think I would be clearing my cache and having a look at any "advertisement inhibitor" settings as well.
