what jobs give the best sense of satisfaction?
Stuck in an office but i'm not an office person. Want to do something really meaningful and worthwhile? And be responsive to challenges.
What do people out there consider to be the top "job satisfaction" careers/jobs?

The top jobs might not fit your criteria, but apparently people are happiest doing them!
Don't forget that many charities employed salaried staff. You get paid for the job you do, but you may also take home a feeling of having made a difference to somone's life. Mind you, it's likely to be still a lot of office work.
For the second time today, I'll recommend the Learn Direct site. There are profiles of over 700 careers, plus a facility to analyse your skills and interests. You can also get free and impartial advice by phone or e-mail:
