I'm puzzled as to how ( mens Morris can be the answer for the first one (9mm) as the numbers quiz instructions say the answers are places in England (which include a number in the question or in the answer). 9 Men's Morris is just a strategy game not a place name as far as I know.
So Winchester seems to fit the bill to me (number in the clue this time) for the reason given by elliemay.
