Yes, many thanks. However the "The" is part of the question and then there are dashes for us to fill in the rest of the answer ie Fabulous Baker Boys. This has been done before and you have to be a bit wary when reading the question. I think another one is question 34 across where they have also got a "The" with dashes after it. I haven't done any of the crossword yet so thanks for preventing me spoiling my copy. Incidentally does anyone send it in with mistakes rectified ie with tippex?

Sorry I am going daft - the 34 across is the one referred to by bwl.abc and possibly there isn't another one - sorry.

janoel, I send my entries in with the odd tippex correction.I dont think it makes any difference at the end of the day. There is a great site called CROSSWORD WEAVER where you can print off a blank copy of the smaller grids. If you don't buy the package you get SAMPLE about four times on the grid, but this is easy to tippex out.

janoel, Idon't want to risk tippex, so I usually complete the crossword in pencil first -haven't won anything yet though! spidersue05

don't know if it's any help, but i have a printer that copies, i photocopy my grid, fill it in, then neatley fill in the original without my mistakes.

yes, i send mine in with corrections, using tippex
