I have an off peak day return train ticket from Norwich to Ely, on a Thursday in November. I just cant seem to find out when its valid. Can anyone help me to understand when the times switch from peak to off peak?

Thank you! I didn't read properly beyond the London box.
Tickets which do not involve travel to, from or via central London are generally restricted in the morning period only. Typically, Off-Peak and Off-Peak Day tickets are valid after 08:45 or 09:00 outside Greater London, and after 09:30 for journeys outwards from the London suburbs.
So thats me sorted, by the looks of it, after 9am and anytime return.
