I have finished this puzzle.

But cannot parse 15a.

Enzyme with round shape? No chance (5)

The crossing letters give an enzyme but the second part of the clue not clear.

Take 'hap' , chance, out of Shape. Before that is And, with (round = reverse) Dna se.

A little tricky. To use AND for With and then reverse it.

The first two words in the clue give the first half of the answer (I checked in Chambers), the second half = secure.
PS I've no longer got my copy, so had a quick look at the clue online.
