Hi Tilly, haven't been out on the river tonight as am on call, haven't seen anyone on any other night

We see him in the morning. respectable looking chap, long grey hair, but always running along the Embankment as though he's looking for a lost dog or something. Saw him recently, run down to the riverside by the boatyard. He looked as though he might jump in the river. He obviously has mental health issues. I thought you might have seen him.

Doesn't ring any bells, only tend to meet dog walkers if I go for a run but it's generally before 7 in the morning

OK, Campbellking. Just thought you might have seen or heard of him. He's a frequent Embankment chap. I feel so sorry for him. He must be in such turmoil, searching and searching.
