That’s as maybe, agchristie, but this is such a non-incident to report.
The word “disgrace” is hardly the most offensive word in the dictionary.
In some jobs, rightly or wrongly, there will always be things said/names called that are a bit unpleasant. If you can’t cope with that, then don’t go into that profession.
