More like turning the apple as in circular in a clockwise motion not

so, if you rotate the apple by 180 degrees, as suggested by your description of the arrow, other than having turned it over, what have you done to it? Pretty self-evident to me.

Turned it in a circle with the stalk still on top not over to show the bottom of the apple

I would go with, 'apple turnover' rather than 'halfway to Paradise.'

Can you post the picture on tinypic? Or use tineye or google reverse image search - it be be somewhere in the internet and these 2 sites may find it.
