On Spotlight TV , I love this ,being the youngest of 5, I grew up listening to it ,then a teen in the 60s, I reckon we were the lucky generation where music is concerned, I remember Yogi on here who was a DJ and daftgrandad who loved my kind of music
Happy times

I'm roughly the same age as you, and was also the youngest.
But, I have to say that though I grew up with it, 50s music doesn't do it for me. Late 60s through the 70s does. It seemed so innovative to me at the time...and a lot of it still is.

Hi Pasta, I enjoy all genres and most decades up to the 90s ,after that, I'm lost lol
I love classical, hard rock then the 50 s and 60s ,can't stand Rap and Grunge tho
My tastes are pretty eclectic also...classical, modern folk, world. I 'missed' the 80s when they were happening...new mum. So have discovered some in recent years. Today's music catches my attention when used in commercials. ;-)
