Dogs Inside House - Night And Day

I have a neighbour who has 4 small dogs. She works full time and the dogs seem to be in the house all day until she comes home. She now sometimes stays overnight with a friend and the dogs are left alone again, and sometimes wake me up with their howling. Any thoughts on this?

Yes....In this instance, I will have no hesitation in calling the RSPCA.

I would contact the local authority dog warden.

The RSPCA will only act if there is something in it for them, like
money or publicity.

Jubilee can you keep us informed of the outcome?
We found the RSPCA in Scotland were very helpful.
They had a word, with the owners in a similar case which you describe ,seems they put fact that they were facing heavy fines worked.
