Coronation Street 'humour'

Corrie has nearly always managed to blend the darker storylines with lighter comedy moments, a few days back they really shocked me.
Mary was trying to get Ed to come home for his party, he wasn't interested so she blurted out "come quick, Aggie's having a heart attack!"
Really!! Of all the excuses, lying or joking about someone having a heart attack is not funny.
To make it worse when Ed gets home everyone laughs especially as the music is play Althea & Donna with the line "let me give you heart attack".
Heart attacks are serious and if they want to do a series storyline but dont write it into a comedy sketch.
I'm probably being oversensitive but I've never felt like putting in a complaint more than i do right now.

I wouldn't complain either, but it was in bad taste and in no way funny. Speaking as someone who's husband did have a major heart attack and will never forget the panic.
