Evening all, can anyone help.
I used a few phases a while ago where i would say the same word twice with a different meaning, e.g. swimming swimmingly, jokingly joking etc. A teacher friend told me this was a double something ?? I ask because my young lad came out with 'tidiestly tidier' when speaking about his attempt to clean his room. Can anyone enlighten me ?
Cheers
