If I could help you Marjoprydore I would. Unfortunately I do not know the answer to this question.

Ed has stated that any post that will deter questions from being asked will be removed. In my opinion Pulse's post is designed to stop you asking, and I find this hypocritical that he is stating firmly the setter's requests but he is ignoring this site's rules.

If you want to carry on asking, please do, it is then up to individuals to determine whether they want to answer or not.

Some people will not answer if they know it is a no asking quiz so removing the thread that said that isn't helpful It was stated by the Ed previously that we could add what the setter had requested

Smouse - when advising, it is therefore necessary to do it in a way and a tone that does not show aggression to the asker. A polite notification like you have done recently should be acceptable, but the onus is on the poster to not cross the bounds otherwise Ed will remove the post.

I agree with jj109 and smouse in this case. Mine was removed though and I'd concluded it is up to individuals to determine whether they want to answer or not, and I'm not aware I showed any aggression. But at least Khandro's joke remains.

Yes I thought it was an anagram but tried everything. I wonder what the point of answerbank is if it cannot be used. I only asked one question, I have seen someone ask for a lot the day after a quiz was produced. It didn't cause this much fuss. Thank you those that have tried.

Marjoprydore - you are obviously missing the point. Presumably the other person to whom you are referring was not asking questions from a quiz which says no asking for help.
