i wondered that, but we shall find out eventually
I emailed setter way back and she confirmed that the clue was definitely correct. What more can I say, I would have loved it to have been wrong.
Results are in, with a comment from the setter.

//I realise that the answer, Mozambique by Paul Simon, is probably quite contentious but I'm afraid as I sometimes put my trust in Mr. Google that was the combination I chose and so it stands.//
Bumping this for those who were interested.
Thank you for that Mamya. Not a song I'm familiar with; I only know of Mozambique by Bob Dylan (off Desire LP)
Thanks. Just got home. It seems odd /random to me to allow one wrong answer but reject others.
I think the reason you're unfamiliar with it is that there are no reliable sites I could find that listed it as a Paul Simon song
Ah well, setter's rights I guess.
I wonder if anyone here put that as the answer? Maybe Paul Simon did a live version of the Dylan song at a concert which was never officially released
10 people matched all of her answers, so despite only finding obscure links like the one below decided to chance it.

Good luck to the winner all the same.

//Today I am going to be talking about a groove called the Mozambique. The mozambique was made famous by Steve Gadd in a song called "Late in the Evening" by Paul Simon. //

Yes, that links back to the info in my link - Mozambique is not a song by Paul Simon.
Maybe Mr Zimmerman identifies as Paul Simon late in the evening.

It's our own fault, this mixed up, muddled up, shook up world we've created. :-)
When I did quizzes at work I always checked at least three sites to confirm the answer.

If the answer is clearly wrong, even if some folk managed to get it "right", the answer should be scrubbed.
