Do you think more and more people will now come forward to recall and give their account of the symptoms associated with Covid 19? Mapping this data could be key to tracing back where the virus originated from.
So many people have already said that they had the typical symptoms as far back as Nov/Dec and with reliable antibody testing this could be confirmation of a timeline and possibly origin.

Lots of people may have either had Covid-19 without really knowing, and many people may have had something similar but different. Hard to tell without proper testing, which may not have been done.
But it seems quite likely that the virus arrived in many places without being really noticed. That's one of the reasons control measures can be so difficult -- by the time you've noticed enough cases to implement soft controls (travel restrictions etc), there may well be enough people carrying the disease to spread it rapidly anyway.
