How will it help the economy? Most will use it to either pay the bills they've accumulated over lockdown pr a deposit on a nice foriegn holiday.

Mozz, if it happens at all I would guess that it will be in the form of some kind of voucher rather than cash.

I think it was to be used in hospitality Mozz ,hotels etc to kickstart the economy and I doubt it was going to be hard cash anyway

It's not happening, folks. It was bandied about but Rishi didn't go along with it. It was to be in the form of vouchers to be spent over a year in UK hospitality businesses. £500 each adult and £250 each child.
All we got was a tenner off restaurant meals during August, Mon - Wed only
