Well Here's My View.

I've watched the video over and over of the police officer accused of kneeling on the neck of the arrested Zero. And I truly believe there was not any intension to use his knee, ( that's if he ever did) if your stooping down, to hold someone down, nine times out of ten you end up balancing on the ball of one foot, in this case the left foot, leaving the right knee to protrude out, the right knee was protruding out over the victims neck, but in my view ( above the neck) not on the neck, but it is difficult to see, but what you can see is the police officer trying to keep his balance, so there may have been a split second that the officer knee could have made contact with the neck, try balancing on the ball of your left foot, with someone struggling under you, not easy at all.
I don't believe this officer is guilty of any such tactic. But the government, and the very higher ranks in the police force are desperate to show the public that black lives matter, and to be seen to be doing something, so by finding this officer guilty is a great opportunity to do just that.
