Haven't you heard\\\\\\\\\/ You are all being shipped to Ascension Island to a new Covid Colony. And Vodka is prohibited.
I've already started on the vino, but think I'l have to stop soon as I've got work tomorrow.

I hope the new restrictions are not too harsh for you, although I suspect they will be. Daughter is not too far from you and a harder lockdown will be crappy for her. She's a week into isolation and was hoping to go for a drink or two next Sunday.

Enjoy your Grey Goose :)

APC, I've got a canny stash I'll take with me to the AI ( not the road either haha )

Rocky I think it'll be a toughie
I've spent most of the day listening to Neil Hanon and Divine Comedy on You Tube, whilst OH tiles the bathroom floor. Shut in the study with an electric fire because the heating is off whilst he works.

We've just lazed with him doing crosswords and reading the online newspapers, me doing a online quiz with friends then sorting dinner out which we've just had ....
How odd that we call us *dinner* on Sundays but tea through the week :0/
I've made a lovely hotpot for tea and I'm really looking forward to a lovely, warming dish full later on. It smells delicious!

Can't beat a hotpot in the cold months ILM, what do you do it with, I've used neck chops or corned beef with black pudding
I could eat a nice hotpot right now. Instead, I've got cheese and crackers
And, syrup sponge and cream, so not all bad, I suppose.

Mmmm, might do a little cheeseboard later to go with my Grey Goose :0)
I use stewing steak Bobbi, well today I did. I have used corned beef at other times. Potatoes, carrots, onions and a rich gravy. I have some crusty bread too which I smear in butter and dip into it (mouth watering now)!

No, that's nice too rocky, but I want something hot to eat tonight, temperature's dropping. Woofer will have a plateful as well.

Bless her, she likes her routine. Bruno likes a routine as well. Funny aren't they?

I think under her curly layer there's a watch, she goes to OH around 4-30 each night, puts her paw on his knee as if saying
'Right Dad, tea time now '
Grey goose? Is it similar to duck, greasy?
Question Author
Smooth as a baby's botty Piggy:0)
We went to Stratford, had a nice walk around, a drink down by the river, a ride on the ferris wheel, I bought a couple of dresses and a pair of shoes that were on sale and OH bought me a lovely Christmas present too.

Now back home with a glass of Cab Sauv watching the Golf (not my choice).

Last night I went out to dinner with my girlfriends from work.

All in all a pleasant weekend.

Sounds lovely Lcg, glad you're getting out and about again
Aww that's so cute Bobbi.

LCG that sounds fab - I'm jealous.

Gotta go now my hotpot is calling ..
Hot pot sounds nice, but so does cheese and crackers.

We've got some lamb kebabs with salad and pitta and a Languedoc to accompany.
