24 there are three lines with the words “Illicit Distillery” above the word “Motionless” above the word “Flat”

Is it something to do with moonshine on stills? I can’t quite get there. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks jj109. I did find that but am confused by where the word “ILLICIT” comes into it.

Sorry Spicerack I missed your response earlier. I thought that any form of distillery was a still so was confused by the “illicit”part of the clue.

It is in my Chambers Thesaurus Estanchu in the sense of “not fizzy”. Just one of lots of definitions though.
