i'm going cross eyed looking at this .the only answer i can see which is very iffy is a 9 letter ....
restraunt ..rest = stop and an anagram of a turn
well i did say it was iffy lol x

Thanks everyone. I have checked the competition and it is definitely 7 letters so restaurant wouldn’t fit although I think it is a good shout.
