In the linked answer Apc2604 said "I had a run in with a moderator when I came back as Believe Msy" - I reckon "Believe Msy" is a typo/predictive text for "NellieMay" which would tie in with that user's contribution to the thread in the link above.

There was nothing to pursue Andy. You asked me a question and I replied with the page with the evidence. I lost my trust in moderators and the editor at that point.
