The International Astronomical Union, responsible for the official naming of celestial bodies has announced it is to rename the planet Uranus.

Over the years the name has been the subject of schoolboy humour that will be avoided by the new name.

The new name for the planet is Urrectum.

They fixed this problem years ago by redefining the pronunciation.

It is now pronounced as Urin-us. So much better.
