Moving To Croatia

Hi all
This time next week, I'll be in a different country, starting a physics postdoc in Croatia. Absolutely terrified, frankly. Also means I probably won't be so active on here for a while.
Having said that, I was half thinking of posting regular updates on what I'm up to in the Science section, for those who are interested in hearing about how interesting (read: boring) active research can be.

"Why Croatia?"
Long story short, because they asked. Applied about 15 months ago, but Covid sort of disrupted things, then I forgot about it over last Summer, then, towards the end of the year, they basically asked if I still wanted the job. A few more delays (Covid/Brexit-related*) I still haven't figured out the answer to that, but there we are. See how it goes, I guess.
I dare say that "no so active" won't be code for "gone altogether". Still, at least during daylight hours I hope I won't be browsing so often!
*NB, this is not a political commentary, it's just a matter of fact that Brexit = more paperwork.
