There are two types of rum = Rums

Followed by a number of O's (As in the classic "Two Ronnies" sketch). The number is irrelevant as they just fill the space.

You therefore get: Rums O's = Rum Sauce.

I've got the same answers as you for nos 12+21, but I've written the answer as ' Ten (Eleven?) Pipers Piping' to cover all options!

No 39 - I could see Band Aid from Taboo & Help and assumed it must be something connected with the single but can't see how the religions etc come into it
