How Many Hot Drinks

Do you have within an hour of waking up? I have three strong coffees, two before breakfast and one after

Having my first coffee at the moment and then I will have my last coffee this afternoon. So 2 cups of coffee for me a day. I occasionally have herbal tea.

two coffees a day, unless i am out meeting up with a friend for coffee, then 3 at the absolute most.

Usually 2 cups around 6 in the morning, then just one more at lunchtime but that one is a strong one.

Barry, that's too much caffeine. Try substituting some decaffeinated in there, or you will have health problems.

Weekdays I have one around 7 for when I start work at 7.30 and then another one around 8.30 when I get back from the school run. In the evenings I have decaff coffee or tea and try to drink plenty of water.

I find 1mug of decaf in the morning after my poached eggs keeps me regular,never fails.

I was raised on bottles of tea from a few weeks old, I've always got a cup of coffee or tea on the go, same as my parents and grandma
