Cost Of Christmas Radio Times
19 Answers
I just picked up a copy of the Radio Times covering the Christmas period. Seems they only include the stuff from 18th December to 31st December now and expect us to pay £5.25 for the privilege. In previous years, they've included New Year's day. I left it on the shelf. They aren't making a mug of me. It's daylight robbery. Any comments?

Nothing has changed this year; it's just that Christmas Day being on a Saturday makes things a bit awkward for the publishers. If they included New Year's Day, they'd then get complaints from people who bought the following regular issue about the fact that they were only getting new programme listings for 6 days instead of 7 (because New Year's Day would be in both issues).
