Whenever a word doesn't have a letter L (no "L"/ noel) you add the word "Christmas". Therefore hau = Christmas "haul"

hello, again, mallyh, there is nothing in the dingbat to suggest that it is the last noel apart from the fact that god appears last, there is no connection to bronze and silver and yet i cannot see how christmas gold fits either

could it be the first noel as gold is first place (medals)

If it had just been "god" I would have said "Christmas present" as "gold" was one of the gifts from the Magi. However, I am less keen with this answer as god is under bronze and silver. Therefore, it has to be something to do with medals (and in reverse order as you normally say gold silver and bronze, not the other way round!)

that second answer of yours mallyh which i have just seen makes sense to me how about you jj the first noel because gold is first

It certainly makes sense hops and is the best suggestion so far, but it doesn't give me that "yes! feeling"!
