The Government should extend the new abduction theft offence for dogs to cover cats, horses and other 'kept' companion animals, many of whom are now regarded as pets and sentient beings and should no longer to be treated as property under the Theft Act 1968. "

If cat lovers could keep them off my property I'd happily sign, but they all tell me cats love to roam and kill small animals, it's in their nature.
I think it's the majority of cat owners that are at fault, not the animals.
Until irresponsible cat owners accept some responsibility for their pets actions, No!!
