Masked Singer Irritation

I think the masked singer show is a great idea and I am enjoying it very much. I was amazed Aled Jones was not guessed by the panel it was hugely obvious.
What does spoil it for me is the constant shrieking by Davina..........why does she do it or more to the point why do the producers allow her mic to be active whilst she screams and often spoils the performance. I'm all for atmosphere but wrecks my enjoyment.

Aled Jones was the only one I recognised this year. They are obviously told to overact by the producers, I find Rita Ora even more irritating

Looks likely to me that the judges are told to exaggerate their reactions, something that probably comes naturally to Ms McCall. I also guessed Aled quickly, but I’m still baffled as to why he was a traffic cone. In last night’s final, Charlotte Church’s identity became obvious the moment she started sing The Flower Duet. Aside from her obviously fine operatic vocals, Youtube has numerous clips of Church performing The Flower Duet. Imbruglia, really only a one hit wonder from many moons ago, was not a good choice as winner as not enough people remember or care about her anymore. Before she was revealed, I thought Panda was Cheryl Cole as she has a son named Bear via a One Direction singer and she performed one of their hits.

I don't watch the programme as I don't know the people they suggest, and in the bits I've seen I agree about Davina.

I enjoy this show and I love trying to guess who they are, but never manage to ! I couldn't wait to see who Robobunny was and Rita Ora got it spot on. I had no idea traffic cone was Aled Jones and what they dress as is purely random, it has nothing to do with who they actually are. I agree about Davina, she is a bit too 'screechy' and Ross with his daft guesses (especially Mary Berry) gets on my nerves a bit, but overall I like the show and I'm sorry it's finished.

Davina McCall ruins everything she appears in with her screeching and shouting or false emotions. I really can't stand her.

Still, it seems the impersonator has come clean that it wasn't him after all but others say he's a well known wind up merchant and are uncertain about his admission.

I still believe it was Aled Jones all along.

DM's maniacal grinning and gauntness of face make me worry what type of recreation she's dabbling in.
