QC: I've been doing it for years (without much success, I might add!) but I still don't really understand it!
Using last week as an example though, around midnight UK time every Friday night, Seekeerz (a.k.a. Steff, who is in Australia), posts four clues from what I believe to be the (British) Daily Telegraph crossword that is due to hit the news stands on Saturday morning, with people here then rushing to be the first to find the right answers:

Those four words then form a sort of puzzle, where people have to guess other words which might come before or after them, that Steff posts a bit further into the night (with a deadline of midnight Sunday, UK time, for answering):

When the answers are published in the DT, Steff then tells us what they were and uses a scoring system (which I've never been able to fathom!) to award points to each contestant. She then totals them up at the end of each month, so that we can see who's won. (It's not necessary to play every week though):

The whole thing is known as the 'KM Links Game' but, despite asking several times, I've never found out what 'KM' stands for!
Baffled? That just makes two of us then!
