[Sorry that this post is about an hour or so later than usual this week. I've been catching up on some sleep after a tiring afternoon in Norwich].

A slightly better than usual start for me this week, with FIVE out of seven in the main quiz:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-61416766

. . . but only a rather poor TWO out of five in the junior quiz:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/51318780

. . . and, as usual, I failed to achieve half marks in the sprint race. Just FOUR out of ten for me:

I shall now sit back and study all YOUR scores this week. For proof, here's a live stream of me doing so ;-)

'Evening all!
A poor 3/7 but followed by a DREAM 5/5 in the kids!!! WHEE!! Do I get a prize? Calmed down then, but happy with 6/10 - even though I got my fingers tangled-up on one of them. :)
Wow Friday 13th must be my lucky day! Got full marks on kids quiz for first time! YAY!!
4/7, 5/5, 6/10
Six on the timed.

Not the best set of scores : (

Hope this finds you well ; ))
3,5,5. Great result from the kids one this week, looking at results it must have been easier this week - or we're getting better.
That isn't how I envisaged you at all, buenchico!

Well done on just beating me by a single point on aggregate, Cashier!

A perfect child at last, Jourdain2. Reward yourself with some extra time playing on your roller skates! (Well done with that decent 6/10 too!)

Ruddy 'eck! Another perfect kid! Treat yourself to some bubble gum, Karamia! (Well done with that 6 as well!)

Good evening, Tony. (Near perfection at being childlike this week, I see!). I only had one pint of Singha (in a Thai restaurant) to make me 'tired' this afternoon, honestly ;-)
[I'm glad you liked to vid. I couldn't quite decide whether to say that it represents me or you]
;-)

Good evening, Sam. (I continue to struggle by. I hope that you're well).

>>> Not the best set of scores

At least you avoided any disasters though!
;-)

>>> That isn't how I envisaged you at all, buenchico!

I'm actually much grumpier than that, Roo! (Good evening!).

Yet another perfect child, I see. (Get your Lego out to celebrate!)

I only had one pint of Singha (in a Thai restaurant) to make me 'tired' this afternoon, honestly ;-)

I believe you, Chris ( honestly ) ;-)

I couldn't quite decide whether to say that it represents me or you]

Tell you what, we could call it a draw :-)

Some decent scores this week, Calmck. Well done!

A nearly-perfect adult AND a nearly-perfect child, Piggy! Very well done!

>>> I refused to humiliate myself with the timed quiz

Some people say that self-flagellation is good for you though, don't they?
;-)

Question Author
Well I'll go to the foot of our stairs, our lass! Yet ANOTHER perfect kid! Very well done, Sharon!
(Well done with that impressive 7 too!)

Thanks for keeping me company on 2/5 in the kids' quiz, Piggy! Well done on shooting into the lead in the sprint race though!
A much better 8? Lol

Aagh! I said I was tired tonight!

The second part of my post at 2157 was for Milo2, not Piggy!

Sorry, both of you!
