No Money - Time To Resign ?
I came across an interesting book* in the library this morning and skip-reading it in the bus on the way home I came across a statement which applied in the Sixties, and I wondered if it still applies (I know I could Google it, but it's more fun tabling it here). The rule was that an MP who become a declared bankrupt must resign their seat.
