It would be City of Westminster
This was answered yesterday (I forget by whom) as being whatever hospital the person was taken to. The reasoning being that any sudden death would be subject to an autopsy and death would be declared at the hospital. I have no idea to which hospital MPs would be taken. The person who answered yesterday didn't say either.
Years ago I remember a BBC reporter saying that in this circumstance the MP was always said to have died "on his/her way to hospital"
