Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Just a friendly reminder for those who do not look in the Quizzes Round Up that the Buxton Mountain Rescue quiz is still available with a closing date of 31st October.
I appreciate that some prefer to leave it until nearer the closing date to apply, but don't get caught out with possible postal strikes in the pipeline.
Full details of how you can apply can be found in the Round Up near the top of the quizzes page.
As postage charges are high, you can just send the fee along with an email address and the quiz will be emailed to you. You can email your answers back to me thereby only one envelope and one stamp is required. PayPal is another option and the quiz will again be emailed to you.
Finally please check that you haven't already applied and received the quiz as this one has been available since March.
