Natutrally there menu plan changes every week and with the seasons, so we're beginning to have hot meals again now where we had more salads or the odd quiche/pizzza in the summer.
Winter brings stews, mashed potatoes and swedes (yumm) all the root vegetables and dark green veg.
I might do some batch cooking this week to save using the oven so often.

I find if I plan ahead we don't fancy the planned meals, but there's always plenty of stuff to change oyr minds. I also always cook enough for two days and have curries, casseroles, and pasta saucesetc. in the freezer. And plenty of fresh veg. We rarely have takeaways and no-one delivers to where we live.
That kind of meal plan is too structured for me. Like MissT, I'll change my mind. I might have a rough idea of things I'd like to make...I have a shopping list plus options to cook based on what I already have. Then I might change my mind completely.
My current little list of 'things I'd like to cook' still has suggestions from 2 weeks ago ;)
I'll not have pasta or pizza, but I'll have fish possibly 2x and maybe omelette or quiche. Then chicken/meat based on remaining days. Occasionally a veg curry/hash.
