I am having a problem with the above company.
I indeed 4 books and have received only two. I have emailed 3 times and get no reply apart from an automated response.
The only telephone number I can find just gives out more email addresses ( 01903 507544 )
They have sent tracking details which show the parcel of 2 books that I got last Wednesday 28th.
I am surprised at their attitude. I have dealt with them many times and the service has been very good.
Please does anyone know of another number I can ring.
Sorry this doesn't really belong in Chatterbank but didn't know where else to put it.
