I had come up with "Saying Grace" for 16b - linking to Grace Kelly for the Monaco bit. Then thought of "The Chase" for the TV quiz show. BUT that is (3,5) for the numbers of letters in 16a. Could there be an error from the setter?

Puzzle-Nut, I don't do this quiz, but I did see an earlier thread where it was mentioned that there was a mistake with the numbering for that clue, and I think solvers came up The Chase, Grace stuff.
