jno- i wondered about arguli or some other abbreviation of argue& Lie but couldnt see how it fish lice fits with the 'problem for Brits' bit.... or is this one where the word Brits as to be changed.???

Good morning and many thanks to ProfessorMaisie et al for the great help with this one. I’ll come back to it at a later stage, but for the time being, I’ll be seeking some encouragement from this week’s offering by Doc’s “Cobbled” which, at a glance, seems quite doable.

cloverjo ...should be eLugelab ...google it...
OATONPELRIV...read the letters in normal clue order and i think you need another I ....and a Y at the end.... (don't think there was an L in there tho )

Cloverjo. Your C should be an L and that is all one word (and as it is!). Research would be productive, I'm sure.
