Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Todd and Katie took on a challenge to travel to or more miles on each of the three cardio machines at the gym.
Todd biked twice as far as Katie rowed; Katie biked half as far as again as Todd ran;
Todd rowed just as far as Katie ran.
If they jointly covered 35 miles in total and 20 miles on the bike, and both went an exact number of miles on each machine, how far did Katie run?

First set of numbers I tried worked with a tiny bit of juggling, but there may be other answers.
todd -bike 14, row 2, run 4
katy- bike 6, row 7, run 2

Of course i may of missintepreted your typo that says "challenge to travel to or more miles.. " which dont make sense

I was wandering if you seen this yet Volvo??
The key bit is //Katie biked half as far as again as Todd ran;//- this must be 3 & 2 or 6 & 4 or 9 & 6 or 12 &8 or 15&10 or 18&12. All so Tod's must be a even number so that leave's just 3 possibles to try out... and only 1 set works.
I think your first sentence 'to or more' should of said "two or more" not to or more
