Special Brew. Oh, why did I?

Also any German wine. Liebfraumilch. Does that still exist? I hope not for everyone’s sake

Brandy mixed with champagne. I did though - after many years. I limited my intake the next time.

3 Brandy and babychAms made me sway a bit:-))
Im on the wagon now although it loses a wheel now and again
Gin and bitter lemon (why? why?). Sick where I sat in a grotty pub in Byres Road in the 70s. Cannot even smell gin now - or bitter lemon!
Cloverjo I agree special brew is lethal only had one and was virtually legless that really was never again
Pernod, never ever again in a million years, even the name makes me feel sick!
Has to be Scrumpy Cider, Bobbi. My boss brought a barrel of the stuff from Somerset for the pre-wedding party of a colleague. Stupidly, I was quaffing it by the half-pint .. rest is history. Strangely, I was told I had been speaking in fluent French while recovering!
I used to drink ginger wine and lime some years back. The thought of it makes me want to retch now!
Question Author
And do you speak French anyway Haz? Or perhaps your colleagues were drunk too and understood French , haha
^^ Did speak "schoolgirl" French - it was my best subject. Maybe I had lived in France in a previous life?
Question Author
Mmmm, change that name to Marie Antoinette Haz( but you must tell us as you’d expect to be on the suspicious user list ) :o(
Honey rum. I knocked back half a bottle and was ill for a few days afterwards :o(
