while the HoL is an anachronism that needs dealing with, just wondering how Labour intend to do this in their first term. without Scotland, Labour have no hope of an overall majority and little chance of enacting anything that could be controversial. So is SKS going to get into bed with the SNP and give them the independence machinery they seek, in return for dealing with the HoL?
