Possibly 'malleus', which is a bone in the middle ear, as all of the others have connections to 'finger'. ('Digit' is another word for 'finger', 'nail' and 'tip' can both follow 'finger' and 'phalanx' is a finger bone).

Well malleus is to do with ear. I’m sure the rest are to do with hand/finger. But check it. :-)
