Sunday Times Travel Quiz - Question 7

This question was raised in earlier posts but wasn't conclusively answered. Can anyone help.
If you suffered from xenoglossophobia (fear of foreign languages) and chionophobia (fear of snow) where would you be least at home: Greenland, Vanuatu or Libya?

Some thoughts - A �fear of snow� alone makes the obvious answer Greenland which by number of days of snow and area of the country covered it is way ahead of the others. I guess the �fear of foreign languages� isn�t about the number of languages spoken, one foreign language one is enough for the phobia. It�s surely about the % of the population who don�t speak English? I can�t find an answer to this one.
