There are quite a few places which claim to have the smallest chapel in England. (I suppose that some people will consider the area of the chapel's floor to be the deciding factor, whereas others might take into account the height as well, by then looking at the volume. Yet others might use the number of pews as the determining factor).

However the only one I can find with 5 letters is Luton:
