I pointed out to a Beeb exec that if basic mistakes are made early, then the Beeb's subsequent statements ( such as the legal position of MLR and actions under them) are also ridiculed and disbelieved as statements of the ignorant - or even eek neo marxist lies ( Heavens!) peddled on purpose in order to indoctrinate. He started shouting at me. My point was an obvious non-sequitur apparently.
You have corrected this havent you? The last time this was raised at a feedback program, the highly paid hoity-toity from the Beeb, answered " I am getting quite tired of having to answer this kind of question" and went on - - not to answer it

yes readers I was taking a leaf out of TTT's rhyming slang book and putting them into the moufs of the Beeb sub-eds.
and putting the rest of their words in Essex or Thames estuary accent. And the content is of the most strikingly gormless kind, sulky and non-sensical

suspicion is defineds "anything not fanciful" ( cant remember the ref) and therefore is very low
The moolah is kinda frozen during all this, and no one can discuss it for fear of "tipping off" - a crime under the legislation
and if the payment is not pukka or kosher ( or white I suppose) then the authorities keep it
