Oops! Sorry, Cashier! I read the first two posts above as both coming from you. (Hence my reply at 2012). I now see that the first one wasn't from you at all. Well done on a decent sprint score anyway!
Sorry, David! As I've just explained, I didn't notice that it was you who posted first. Well done on matching me, with a decent 5, in the main event!
Hi, Milo2! Well done with that impressive 6/10 in the ever-tricky Timed Teaser!
Guesses all count and your score in the sprint event is quite creditable. (That one's never easy!).
I think that you find me well but I've got to wait until the consultant phones me on Monday morning to find out if I'm still alive or not ;-)
[I hope that you're well too!]
Well, you're a near-perfect adult anyway, Kwillmott - even if you're not very good at being childlike or at winning sprint races ;-)
4/7,4/5,5/10. Puss Puss and Bailey have been celebrating the arrival of a new cardboard box…their joy may never end. Hope all is good with you and yours
5/7 v 7/7 Got no troubles. life is the bubbles, under the sea....(eh?)
4/5 v 2/5
4/10 v 5/10
13/22 v 14/22 So that's a draw then...
Haven't had full marks for ages !
Don't worry, you'll still be with us on Monday...
Chequers, Moonbeam and Tablo will see to that..
Shady is full of mouse and has stopped attacking the cucumbers :-))
Out in the lead, as always, I see, Lie-in King! Well done!
Welcome to the Thirteen Club, Campbellking! My lot seem to have got past the stage for investigating cardboard boxes but they'll probably prove me wrong the next time that I get another one ;-)
I hope that you and the Delightful Duo will have a great weekend and a lovely week.
Brilliant, Haras2! Very well done indeed on that perfect 7!!!
I'm not really worried about Monday. Given how difficult the phlebotomist found it to get any blood from my arm, it must be very strong indeed ;-)
If Shady actually eats mice (rather than just playing with them and killing them), he must be like my Chequers. If anything seems even remotely edible to him, he always eats every bit of it ;-)
I hope that you'll have a good week and be able to enjoy the sunshine (while staying sheltered from the northerly winds that are forecast to accompany it!).
Hi Chris!
Sorry I didn't join in last night, but had pretty awful day. However, my son has come in today with lovely bunch of flowers and a cuddly for me, plus I am having a delicious chicken tikka with poppadoms n mango chutney for tea so things are already looking up!
Hope to hear all goes well for Monday and thanks for the quizzes as always. They are a welcome distraction :-)
