I would just like to say thank you to everyone for their help (albeit unwittingly). I haven't contributed much since joining. Everyone's too quick with the answers, I think, but its been fascinating to read the exchanges and to realise that I'm not alone in being crossword mad! I don't very often send in the crosswords. Just love doing them and reading around the subjects on offer.Many thanks once again and I hope you all have a peaceful, happy and healthy New Year!

Thanks, Baboonboy, have seen your name quite often! Am fairly new myself, but have found everybody friendly, just not happy with the PC side of it all. Did you see that today, when the word **** was deleted from cockaleekie soup? How narrow minded can you get, it is 2006! So sad! HNY!
