Oh Dear Hymie
Seems Mr Starmer has more Flip Flops that a Brighton Front Gift Shop.
A Tory policy to put a cap on two child benefits for several years has been criticised for a few years now. His deputy gob on a stick( Rayner) called the policy obscene and another buffoon described it as 'Heinous'. Starmer now states to Laura Kuensburg he will not reverse the Tory Policy after saying he would scrap it a few years past. The Labour opposition are said to be livid with their leader.
Hymie. Please tell me who is steering your ship of fools as it appears to lost have lost its Tiller.
How come you didn't dig up one of your usual rubbish on your video collection about this U Turn?

If you take the trouble to read the thread it is quite evident what I am asking Hymie.
After years of condemning the Tory cap of child benefit on a third or additional child Sir Starmer, much against his fellow labourites wishes has flip flopped. Starmer confirmed on Sunday he will now retain the cap . Rayner, his deputy called it obscene and Jonathan Ashworth the shadow DWP spokesman has described the cap as 'heinous'
Should Sir Starmer get into No10 god forbid, the £28 million he was going to spend on green measures to avert 'climate change' has been drastically watered down.
Sir Starmer has now conceded that he won't achieve his pledge to abolish university fees.
Starmer had promised to increase income tax for the top five percent of earners but he has now said his principle is to lower taxes.
Labour is not now going to abolish universal credit but reform it.
I read a few weeks back that Starmer has his little clandestine policy meetings but does not invite his shadow cabinet members. Rayner accidentally barged into one and was not for the first time best pleased
It would appear that Starmer is steering his ship of fools with a crew who has no idea where their skipper is taking them with all these changes of destination.
I addressed this to Hymie as he constantly invites us to view his dodgy video collection presented by even dodgier nobodys who seem to think we wish to know every step of the Tory governments workings and manifesto.
Starmer has been asked twice, at least, recently what his manifesto will be at the next election and has refused to disclose it. Because he hasn't got one.

the two child cap is an extremely cruel policy which has done nothing but cause huge amounts of misery and suffering... it also completely failed in the objectives of the people who designed it
starmer's support for it is a baffling example of his obsession with winning over people who hate labour and everything it stands for... i hope he is pressured into a u turn because it is an extremely foolish position

The 2 child cap seems fair enough to me ( as long as provision is made for multiple births obviously).
No-one has to have children these days unless they want them. If people want more, then they know they will have to pay for them themselves. It is a choice.
There is more and more provision for children than ever was intended - school meals free for all is next in line. We have to draw a line under the costs somewhere.
2 children just means their parents are replaced and the population can be stabilised.
