Are you as anti-Scotland as you seem?

I will move to England when hell freezes over!
Question Author
No I'm heavily pro Scotland, I have many Scottish friends, that's why I feel for what has happened to them.

The SNP is destroying Scotland. Wolf, have a go at the 10.
On a day-to-day basis, nothing is happening to us.

The SNP may no longer be a strong party but some people still feel that we should be able to run our own country. I would like that to happen but not now. I haven't voted for the SNP since its very beginning. They were beginning to sound like a one-trick pony.

Independence can wait until humans grow up and become civilised beings. Maybe "Vote for Larry" isn't so far-fetched after all.

so you have answers to my 10 questions then wolf.
If the questions are famous, why the need to post a link to them?
no. I know that most of those questions are more complicated than they seem. I don't agree with free prescriptions and all the other 'free' stuff that we get.

The SNP gave answers to all your questions - none of them are very likely to work.
Brexit happened because people voted for it, it has caused many unforeseen problems and that is also likely to happen if we get our independence.

I have had a really awful morning and I am off for a nap. I see that Corby has posted. I will leave the pair of you to fight the good fight.

"I have had a really awful morning and I am off for a nap. I see that Corby has posted. I will leave the pair of you to fight the good fight. " - who? TBF you are in good company no one has ever answered those.
The Scottish Government has issued various documents in relation to the last Referendum and in the period after.

I have posted links to them in the past so why not have a look?
Why is he wasting Scottish taxpayer money to fund coming up with stuff for an event that won't happen anyway; at least not in the lifetime of anyone living now since those north of the border have too much common sense overall (there are always exceptions)? He should spend his own money on his personal hobbies & dreams.

so once again no SNPer wants to have a go at the internationally world famous 10 then? Right oh!
"internationally world famous 10"??????????
Is it actually a condition if joining the EU, to form a border? If not Q10 is irrelevant.
Question Author
ZM well look at the agro over NI the EUSSR would demand it if they did let Scotland in, along with, no doubt, many other things.
‘the EUSSR would demand it if they did let Scotland in’

I think we may be back to a scenario of this being your opinion, rather than fact. Could you give a link the where you’ve gleaned the fact that the EU would actually require Scotland to form a border? And I don’t just mean your extrapolation that because they asked for one in NI, it automatically follows that they would want on between England and Scotland.
Question Author
If course it's my opinion/prediction based on past actions. They'll also want them to Join the Euro probably loads of other things too.
The UK is part of the Common Travel Area [CTA] and there is no hard border between the UK and an EU country, Eire.

The plan is for an independent Scotland to be a member of the CTA meaning there would be free travel between Scotland and the Rest of the UK with no need for a Scotland-England border.

If Scotland were to join the EU, I see no reason why the position regarding the UK and an EU member [Eire] could not be applied to the Rest of the UK and a new EU member [Scotland].
"All EU member states are ***in principle*** obliged to introduce the euro once they fulfil the convergence criteria." [emphasis added]

https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/joining-the-euro-area/#joins
Tora, there hasn’t been a hard border formed between NI and Eire, so I’m not sure why you think the EU would insist on one between England and Scotland.
What do all your Scottish friends answer when you ask them Q10 (or any of the other questions for that matter)?
Question Author
Well every Scot I know thinks that "independence" would be a disaster. The questions are really for the SNP types that think it can work.
